Common questions
How do I set up my studio? Tap "New here? Create a studio", then add your artists, pick an administrator and set 4-digit passcodes.
An artist forgot their passcode. The administrator can reset it in Settings → Artists.
How do I send a form to the health department? Open the record and use Share PDF. The PDF includes all answers, the signature, timestamp and ID photos.
Can I delete a form? Unsigned forms can be deleted. Signed forms are permanent records and cannot be deleted.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete studio account. Download your records first; deletion cannot be undone.
Is the waiver wording legal advice? No. It is a sample. Have a lawyer in your state review it and edit it in Settings.
